Mohammed Faisal Ulla -Founder & CEO
Faisal is the Founder & CEO, with over 7+ years of experience in interior design, project management, and space planning. He has worked with leading interior firms including Livspace, Dattatreya Enterprises, and Bonito Designs, delivering high-quality residential and commercial interiors.
Over the course of his career, he has led 400+ projects, specializing in space planning and custom furniture design, while collaborating with renowned brands such as Kohler, Mi, Home Centre, Hometown, and Flipkart. His expertise spans design development, 3D/2D modeling, technical documentation, BOQ preparation, and end-to-end project execution, ensuring precision, efficiency, and high design standards.
Driven by the need to overcome industry challenges such as long timelines and rigid service models, Faisal founded the company to introduce a faster, more flexible, and culturally rooted approach to interior design. His vision integrates 12-day modular execution, client-first service flexibility, and sustainable material innovation, redefining how modern Indian homes are designed and delivered.
Kajal Thakur — Co-Founder & Creative Director
Kajal Thakur is the Co-Founder and Creative Director, bringing over 9 years of experience in residential interior design and project execution. With a background in Interior Architecture, she has successfully delivered numerous mid- to high-end residential projects, managing the entire process from concept development and space planning to technical documentation and final execution. Before co-founding the company, she held key roles at leading design firms including PR Architects, ,Decode Interiors, Bird Nest Interiors, Design Cafe and Bonito Designs, where she led premium projects and mentored design teams.
At Rapid Abode Interiors, Kajal leads the creative vision and design strategy, focusing on Indian-centric design, efficient modular execution, and innovative material applications. She plays a key role in shaping the company’s 12-day modular interior delivery system, ensuring every project combines thoughtful design, precision, and functionality for modern urban homes.
